“Bennett” is a 2 year old grade gelding currently standing 14.1 hands with some growth still to come. This young gelding has a promising future in just about any discipline. He stands for the farrier, is easy to catch and bathe, and really seeks out attention. Bennett has been lightly started under saddle, focusing on transitions on the lunge line, flexing with a bridle, and general softness. This well-mannered gelding is not reactive or spooky and has even been ponied on the trail. He loads right up in any trailer and takes a blanket with ease. He is handled daily with no vices on the ground, in the stall, or under saddle with the little work we have done! Bennett would be a great project for someone looking to train one from the ground up, as all the hard work is completed.
