“Bluebird” is a 7 year old grade blue roan gelding standing 15.1 hands. If you’re looking for the horse in the barn with the most chrome and who will stand out in a crowd, Bluebird is the one! He has been used for all aspects of western disciplines, from playdays to everyday ranch work. He spent the entire past spring working several different ranches for spring branding. He is rock footed and an absolute blast to ride in the mountains. He will also cross water with no issues. Bluebird is started in the team roping pen and has had live cattle roped. It would not take much to finish him in the roping arena! He is very soft in the bridle, collects nicely, and has a fancy walk, trot, and lope. He will pick up both leads and has a great stop and backup. Bluebird has had all levels of riders on him and is very forgiving to mistakes. He has a very soft and gentle eye to him and is a true saint when it comes to the farrier – he will stand quiet all day long.
