“Calvarys Trooper” - 2023 GHRA (Gypsy Horse Horse Registry of America) gelding - 15.1 hands

If you’re looking for an eye-catching Gypsy with some height, “Trooper” fits the bill! This handsome gelding grabs your attention with his black coat, fancy white stockings, striking blaze, and super thick, frosted tail. With his strong, solid body type and easy way of going, he’s sure to be a stunner and a nice all-around partner for any discipline!

Trooper is registered with the GHRA and has quality bloodlines. His dam, “SD Liv” stands 15.2 hands and is the daughter of the famous “SD Jack”. He is sired by the 16.1 hand stallion “MGRVV Dynastys King Magni” who is a grandson of the well respected Gypsy sire, “Lion King”.

Trooper has a good foundation and is a smart, quick learner. He understands the voice commands of walk, trot, canter, and whoa in the round pen. He has been ponied out on the trails, crossing creeks and going up and down hills. He’s been through an obstacle course, over logs & bridges, up and down stairs, and through dangling pool noodles all with a willing, no-fuss attitude.

Last summer, Trooper went camping a few times! He loved the adventure, loading up and traveling like an old pro. He unloaded and settled into his new surroundings with no drama and ponied along with a calm, cool attitude. Trooper has positive experiences that have given him the confidence he can carry on into the future.
