“Sister Swede” has a kind disposition and always meets you at the gate to be caught. She has spent half of her time in the backcountry of Colorado spraying weeds, and the other half being used on the ranch to doctor cows and tag calves! I have lightly started her team roping as well, and she has picked it up fast. Swede is a very well-put together and stout mare who can do it all!
Pedigree: Hancockblueswedegirl is sired by Big Swede Hancock by Leo Hancock Hayes, by Blue Valentine. Blue Valentine was voted one of the all-time top ten ranch sires in AQHA history, Western Horseman magazine, Oct 2007. She is out of Rowdys Blue Girl, who is a granddaughter of both Hancocks Blue Boy. Hancocks Blue Boy is a producer of 3 AQHA World Champions in the Heading & Tie Down Roping.
