**Cody Waugh's Back to School Kid's Horse Session Consignment**

“Jesse James” is a stunning 5 year old silver dapple dun gelding standing 12.3 hands. He is the most handsome pony you’ll come across, and is wise beyond his years! Jesse James has been an important member of our family and has taught our kids countless lessons. He neck reins, is quietly responsive, and fancy broke. He is suitable for all levels of kids! He will walk, jog, lope, and even has a lead change for more experienced riders. Jesse James can ride along with mom and dad for ranch work and has been roped off of. He will help push cows whether out in the pasture or in the pens. Our four year old boys push the roping steers up the return independently on him. We have also been hauling him to youth rodeos all summer! He is currently doing barrels, poles, and down & back, but is trained in other events like goat tying, step down roping, and breakaway. Jesse James is also very experienced on the trails and is traffic safe. He will pony behind a big horse or follow down the trail. He crosses water and logs, goes up and down hills, and doesn’t get spooked by deer and turkeys. Jesse James is an exceptional pony who can take your kid from leadline all the way up until they are ready for a big horse. He knows to take care of his smaller riders and precious cargo, or if he has a more experienced kid on him, he can also put in a full day’s work! He is fun to hop on bareback with a lead rope and play around the barn. He has nice ground manners and isn’t pushy for the little ones to lead around by themselves. Our boys love to practice loading and unloading him on and off our trailers by themselves. He stands nicely for the kids to climb on by themselves, whether it’s from a bucket, mounting block, tricycle, or fence rail. Jesse James is truly a special pony, and any family will be lucky to have him!
