“Nellie” has a great foundation and lots of buttons! She was raised by the historic T4 Cattle Company in New Mexico. She has been on a dude ranch for the last 4 years, giving her time to grow and mature. With her breeding, work ethic, and age, we think it would be best for her to reach her full potential in a different program. Nellie has a great, naturally balanced way of going, and could be finished in any direction. She is UTD on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating, and farrier work.

Nellie can be anxious when tied, mostly when she is by herself. She has been ridden a lot of miles on the trails, but her biggest flaw is that she "jigs", which isn't great for a guest ranch. However, she is great and so fun in the arena! She does have a turned in left front leg. We have not had x-rays done, but she has been sound since the ranch bought her in 2021.
