“Stitch” is an 11 year old grade gelding standing 14.1 hands and stout. Stitch has been my main mount for a while now and is absolutely as surefooted, confident, and reliable as they come! If you have a destination, he’ll get you there with ease. Whether it’s a run to town, riding through big mountains, rough terrain, flowing rivers, fallen trees, thick brush, steep slopes - you name it, he’s got it! Stitch has also been ranched off of and has done a variety of tasks. He has doctored yearlings, drug calves to the fire, worked gates, sorted pens, and ridden miles and miles of fences! We have also spent several hours just enjoying nice trail rides with him and he is the best at helping you gain confidence. Not only has Stitch been an angel wherever I have taken him, he is also a gem in the arena! He walks, trots, and lopes both ways and has a beautiful stop! He will also gladly side pass up to a gate. You really couldn’t ask for a more solid and level headed gelding. He has absolutely no buck, rear, or bolt. He is perfect to bathe, shoe, groom, saddle, bridle, and load!
