“Thelma” is a 16 year old grade Paint mare standing 15 hands. Thelma is a sweet mare who has been ridden by all of our kids aged 7-14. She is trail safe and willingly follows over or into any obstacles encountered for the littles in your group. She has been around bikes, traffic, dogs, and all types of farm animals. On the ranch, she has trailed cattle and the kids practice roping the dummy and gentle cattle off of her. She has experience in the arena as a 4-H horse and is the same every time, even with time off. Our 8 year old daughter catches Thelma on her own! She is good to saddle and bridle, good with her feet, and trailers well. She comes current on all vaccinations, coggins, deworming, and a dental float.
