“Uncle Bart” is a 20+ year old Belgian gelding standing 16 hands and weighing 1,370 lbs. Uncle Bart has worked on our ranch for many years taking people out on trail rides in the mountains. He has spent lots of summers at kid’s scout camps and has more merit badges than your average Boy Scout. Your novice rider will love learning on this big, gentle gelding! Uncle Bart stands tied quietly, loads and unloads, is good for the farrier, and is easy to catch. He is gentle with no spook, buck or rear.
