“Cats One Time” is a 2019 AQHA gelding standing right between 14.3 and 15 hands. “Freckles” is sired by This One Time - earner of over $160k in the NRCHA and offspring earnings of over $130k! He is out of Red Feathers Merda (Cats Red Feather) who won over $5k in the NCHA and many points in AQHA Versatility with youth riders. With limited showing, Freckles placed 6th overall in the year end for COWN/Stock Horse Of Texas in the Junior division! He has been in professional reined cow horse training for 2 years. He is responsive to leg cues and is very light in the mouth. He has been hauled to local stock horse shows, ridden in indoor and outdoor arenas, and ridden around groups of horses. He was also used to gather cattle on a large ranch for various occasions. Freckles has been worked on cattle and the flag, and can maneuver a trail pattern! He can be a bit skittish at new objects and does need an intermediate rider or above. He is very well mannered while being saddled and hauls well, bathes, and stands for the farrier. He does not have any bad stall habits and has been stalled with other horses. If you’re in the market for your next winner in the show pen, look no further than this nice gelding!
