“Cees Smart Cat” is a 2023 AQHA gelding standing 14.1 hands. “Cecil” was started this spring by one of the best colt starters in our area. He spent 4 months with the trainer and came back very soft in the face and yielding well to leg cues. Cecil picks up both leads, has a great start on body control, and has been started on the flag. This horse is not lazy and wants to please! He sure can plant his hind end into a stop. His breeding and conformation make him a great prospect for a cow horse type of program, and we think he will excel in the show pen. We have let him grow this summer, but continued to handle him. He has shown that he has a great mind! Cecil stands for the farrier, to be bathed, and loads & hauls well. He is up to date on vaccinations, deworming, farrier care, and had his teeth floated in July. He is located in Sundance, WY.
