“Frostys Jr Onxy” - 2012 AQHA Gelding - 15.3 Hands

“Maverick” is an outstanding, finished head horse! He has been hauled to many jackpots with us and has pulled checks more times than he hasn’t. Maverick is great for number 12 ropings and down. He is safe and quiet to be around, and kids can ride him with supervision. He would make a great High School Rodeo horse or step up horse for a beginner roper! Ride him on the trails, in the pasture, or on the ranch–Maverick gets out and moves with confidence and purpose. He has no scars or blemishes, great bone, and big, solid, black feet. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to own this outstanding gelding who can truly do it all, in the prime of his life!

Condition

After purchasing Maverick, he was nervous about having his feet messed with, such as applying splint boots and cleaning his feet. He has never kicked or been threatening about it, he just pulls and tries to move away. After moving slow with him and gaining his trust, this issue has gotten substantially better. He can still be nervous about his back feet from time to time. Our vet has recommended that we have his teeth floated annually.
