“Peanut” is an adorable home raised 3 year old buckskin mare standing 14.1 hands. She comes with all the paperwork to register her through the AQHA, and you get to pick her registered name! Her sire is “Dunit N Rawhide” who is a grandson of Hollywood Dun It, and her dam is “Worthy Sand Freckles” who we owned and sold a few years ago at the Colorado Horse Sale! Peanut is still as cute as she was when we weaned her off her mama. She was easy to halter break and has liked people from the start. She is very cowy and will naturally cut cattle! She is also a joy to ride on the trails or to gather cattle. We have used her to pack in hunting camps and she has been on many multi-day trips in the mountains. We have had her in the front, middle, and back of the string. Peanut has grown up around our whole family. Even our youngest can catch, groom, saddle, and load her. Peanut has seen it all, from the wide open prairie to above timberline, to wading through bogs, to town trails. She is a well rounded and proper prospect for ranch work, trail riding, or the performance arena! Peanut comes current on spring vaccinations, coggins, and deworming. Give us a call for more information or to meet her at our home near Nunn, CO.
