“Popeye” is a 16 year old grade gelding standing 14.2 hands. Don’t let his age fool you, he is a stout gelding with lots of miles left! Popeye has done all aspects of ranch work and handles a rope great. He is extremely cowy, but gentle enough for a confident rider to have a good day. He has more whoa than go but can still keep up with a cow when needed. Popeye would make a great trail horse as he crosses water, logs, and brush with ease. He is a gentleman on the ground and nothing seems to bother him. He’s quiet to saddle, trailers well, and is an easy keeper. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. All horses must be off site by 12pm on Sunday, September 1st.
Overnight care is available for $40 including feed & water. Horses are not supervised overnight. We strongly encourage buyers to pay immediately & pick up upon payment.
