“Rosies Rey Olena” is a 2014 AQHA mare standing 15 hands. Lovingly known as “Carrot”, this mare is an excellent all-around, family safe horse. She has been all over the Sangre De Cristo Mountains and crosses water, bridges, and obstacles. She is very surefooted and takes care of her rides no matter their ability! Carrot has been used in the mounted police, so she doesn't mind traffic, crowds, or little hands reaching out to pet her soft nose or to get a photo with “Sargent Carrot”. She’s done her fair share of parades, and was used for a kid’s camp for two summers. We are only selling her because we simply have too many horses. Carrot was my husband’s primary mount after having a stroke because she is so safe and reliable.
