“WA Skippa Roan Banjo” is a 2017 bay roan tobiano APHA gelding standing 16 hands. “Banjo” has had 60 days of professional training, and is ready for an intermediate to advanced rider to continue his training. He has spent time doing general ranch work and riding in the arena. Banjo has been exposed to a few cows, ridden in the pasture, and down dirt roads. He always picks up the correct lead, collects beautifully at all three gaits, and rarely misses a step. He will side pass, back up, two-track, and stop very nicely. He stands quietly hard or ground tied, is great for the farrier, and loads & hauls well. He is currently barefoot with nice, hard feet. He is easy to saddle, bridle, mount, etc. Banjo needs a job to keep his mind active and engaged, and he will benefit greatly from consistent work under saddle. This is a big-bodied, athletic, and flashy young gelding who is ready to continue in any direction!
