Sunset Ranch is proud to present “Maverick” a 6 year old grade paint gelding standing 14.1 hands. We love this horse! Our own Ida Faye has been training him for several years and he is a barn favorite here at the ranch. Maverick ropes out of the box, crosses any obstacle with ease, has packed out elk on the Continental Divide Trail, and helps us train our young horses. This is probably the BEST HORSE WE HAVE EVER PUT THROUGH OUR PROGRAM! This awesome gelding would make a fantastic roping or reining prospect as he knows his leads well and has a great stop! He would also be an excellent grandma or kid’s horse as he is so trustworthy. We know you’ll love this gelding as much as we have for several years to come.
