“Spartan” is a 2017 American Mustang gelding standing 15 hands. Spartan is beautiful, strong, and pleasant to be around. He is polite and good company! He’s had an excellent start and is really coming along well in his training. Because of his hefty size and bone, he’s been a bit of a beast for burden and extremely well-rounded because of it. Spartan has been used in the backcountry as a pack horse, and is also a seasoned harness horse, dragging dead trees off of logging permits. He is getting started driving the cart single and double. We’ve also used him to help halter break young colts and is very sturdy and reliable. He’s fun to ride inside and out of the arena and is well on his way to making a solid horse for anyone. He has great work ethic and personality, topped with a sturdy build and good heart. Don’t miss out on this nice all-around gelding!
