“Tom” is a 14 year old draft cross gelding standing 16.3 hands. This nice, ranch gelding rides just like a smaller Quarter Horse. Tom walks, jogs, and lopes around with ease. He neck reins, works off of leg pressure, side passes, and backs up. He has done a variety of jobs in his life and is ready for whatever you throw at him! He has been in an outfitting string leading pack mules and taking guests into the mountains and has also been used on the ranch and is comfortable around cattle. He will push cows into pens, drag calves to the fire, and has ponied colts around. If you’re looking for a laidback gelding to hit the trails with and do some light arena riding, he will suit that too! Tom is a big, gentle horse that will make a great addition to anyone’s herd!
