“Scooby Dog” is a 6 year old grade Quarter Horse gelding standing 15 hands. If you’re looking for a safe and fun all-around gelding, Scooby is your guy! He is full of personality and is a joy to ride. He was started as a reiner and is finished in the arena. Scooby rides with a nice, low headset, picks up both leads, spins, and is soft in the bridle. He has also spent lots of time on a ranch, is very cowy and has had ropes thrown off of him. We have taken him sorting and he hunts cows! Scooby has been all over the trails of Norco, California. He is sure footed and crosses water, logs, and has been up in the hills. He has also been hauled to arenas and been lightly started on the barrel pattern. We think he would excel at it! Scooby is the perfect horse for a teenager or young adult looking for a nice horse to finish in any discipline as he is athletic and loves to work. He doesn’t mind a nice, easy mosey down the trail and would also be an excellent trail horse! He is an easy horse to ride and tries very hard to please his rider.
